At Global Medical Licensing, we are committed to providing professional, transparent, and high-quality support to healthcare professionals preparing for international licensing examinations.

We want every student to feel confident about their decision to register with us. For this reason, we provide reasonable opportunities to review our services, study resources, and coaching approach before making a final commitment.

1. Registration Refund Period — 15 Days

After registering for our services, students have 15 days to evaluate whether our preparation program is suitable for their needs.

If, within these 15 days, you decide that the service is not right for you, you may submit a refund request.

Refund requests must be made through our official communication channel and should include the student’s registration details and reason for the request.

Important: Where services or digital materials have already been substantially used, accessed, downloaded, copied, or delivered, the applicable refund may be adjusted accordingly.

2. Study Materials Review Period — 10 Days

After receiving our study materials, students are given 10 days to review the materials and determine whether they are relevant to their preparation needs.

If you believe the materials are not suitable for your intended examination, you may contact us within this 10-day period to request a review and, where applicable, a refund.

Because our study materials are digital/intellectual resources, materials that have been extensively downloaded, reproduced, distributed, shared, or substantially used may not qualify for a full refund.

3. Coaching Classes — 4-Day Trial Period

We understand that every healthcare professional has a different learning style.

Before making a long-term commitment to our coaching program, eligible students may receive access to up to three coaching sessions/coaches as a free 4-day trial, depending on the program selected.

During the trial period, students can evaluate:

Teaching style

Communication

Learning environment

Study methodology

Exam-focused approach

Compatibility with their preparation needs

If the coaching program does not suit you, you should notify us during the trial period and request cancellation/refund in accordance with the applicable program terms.

Once the trial period has ended and the student continues with the program, refunds may be subject to the terms of the specific coaching package purchased.

4. Respectful & Professional Conduct

Respect is a fundamental requirement of our learning environment.

The fees paid for our services provide access to our preparation services; they do not give anyone the right to insult, threaten, harass, abuse, intimidate, or disrespect our coaches, staff, representatives, or other students.

We expect all students to communicate professionally and respectfully.

Where serious misconduct occurs, Global Medical Licensing reserves the right to suspend or terminate a student’s access to our services.

Where appropriate, we may provide a refund for the unused portion of a service after termination. However, fees relating to services already delivered or substantially used may not be refundable.

5. Examination Results & Success Guarantee

Our preparation services are designed to help candidates prepare effectively, but no preparation provider can guarantee that a student will pass a licensing examination.

Examination results depend on multiple factors, including the candidate’s preparation, knowledge, performance, examination conditions, and the requirements of the relevant licensing authority.

Therefore, refunds will not be issued solely because a candidate did not pass an examination, unless otherwise expressly stated in the student’s specific service agreement.

6. Official Licensing Authorities

Global Medical Licensing provides preparation, educational guidance, and administrative support.

We are not the licensing authority and do not control examination results, eligibility decisions, DataFlow verification decisions, licensing decisions, examination scheduling, or regulatory requirements imposed by organizations such as DHA/DOH, SCFHS, QCHP, OMSB, NCLEX-related nursing regulators, ECFMG/USMLE, or other examination and licensing bodies.

Changes made by a regulatory authority or examination provider are outside our control and do not automatically qualify a student for a refund.

7. Duplicate Payments & Payment Errors

If you accidentally make a duplicate payment for the same service, please notify us as soon as possible.

After verification, eligible duplicate payments may be refunded through the applicable payment method.

8. Cancellation Before Service Delivery

If a student requests cancellation before the relevant service, coaching, or study materials have been delivered, we will review the request and, where applicable, process the refund according to the terms of the purchased service.

9. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted through our official communication channels.

Please provide:

Full name

Registration/payment reference

Service purchased

Date of registration

Reason for the refund request

Relevant payment information required for verification

Our team will review the request and communicate the outcome within a reasonable processing period.

10. Our Commitment to Students

Our objective is not simply to register students. We want to help healthcare professionals prepare with confidence and understand their licensing journey.

We encourage every candidate to carefully review the service they are purchasing, ask questions before registration, use the available trial/review periods, and communicate with our team whenever they experience difficulties.
